In a communcal break area of this Kalamazoo, MI college campus, GOTW’s installation brings intriguing horizontal layers of natural hued species to create depth. Fields and hills in the distance beyond a picket fence in the northern Mid West perhaps? With the uneven vertical strakes running along the bottom, each intricately inlaid along with the moss species, the garden is a masterwork in detailed fabrication and installation techniques. Not to mention the outside corner where the garden continues along the 90-degree direction change. Just another example of intriguing design and impressive handiwork sure to set collegiate minds aflame with ideas.
