Goodwin Proctor Staircase
At Goodwin Procter’s San Francisco office, Garden on the Wall® introduces a mesmerizing 3D Biomimicry Garden that transforms the journey from entry to reception into a biophilic experience of discovery and calm.
Nestled beneath a gracefully turning staircase, the installation unfolds across an undulated canvas, its sculpted form echoing natural topography and the quiet rhythm of the landscape.  A rich palette of preserved moss species—each carefully selected for color, texture, and depth creates a multidimensional tapestry that draws the eye as occupants ascend.
The staircase itself becomes part of the biophilic narrative acting as a graceful architectural screen between the lobby and adjacent amenity space, fostering a sense of discovery as occupants transition into the reception and waiting areas. The result is a harmonious fusion of movement, nature, and built form where biomimicry meets modern workplace design to reduce stress, inspire thought, and elevate the entire arrival experience.
