How Does Designing, Fabricating and Installing a Preserved Garden Process Work

From initial ideation phase to final touch-ups and close-out documents, a dedicated team of experts at Garden on the Wall® ensures a seamless, end-to-end process. We craft detailed design renderings, shop tickets, and submittals, and create mockups to bring your vision to life. Our thorough field verification process guarantees a perfect fit, while our skilled artisans fabricate each custom garden with precision and care.

We prioritize the safe acclimation, crating, and delivery of your garden to its destination, followed by a flawless installation carried out by our experienced professionals. All of our preserved gardens and planter inserts are 100% Handmade, custom designed, curated, fabricated in the US and installed by our artisans.

Design

With over 1,926+ installations in the US, Garden on the Wall® leads the industry with its Moss Wall and Preserved Garden designs. Our dedicated graphic design team who are well-versed in horticulture crafts each unique garden meticulously.

We support Interior Design professionals with comprehensive design brochures featuring hundreds of installation images and renderings, inspiring and informing their creative decisions.

Step 02
Step 2 icon (Fabrication)

Fabrication

Post-design approval, our skilled fabrication team maps the garden area, determining panel numbers and layout. Using only plywood, special adhesive, and preserved moss and foliage, we craft each garden panel by hand in our workshop in New Jersey.

An acclimation process follows, ensuring all elements fuse seamlessly. Our 2,500 sq. ft. monthly production capacity allows timely completion of even large-scale projects exceeding 1,000 sq. ft. garden surface.

Step 3 icon (Installation)

Installation

Our Art Major installation team with OSHA 30 certification under their belts install these garden panels to their locations at the job sites on to a plywood substrate.

Garden on the Wall® has established gold standards in the installation by developing a touch-up / micro mossing process, ensuring each garden panel is woven together at the site for a seamless look during the life cycle of these gardens.

Our 8 strong installation team is able to handle 1,000 sq. ft. project within 5 - 6 business days to ensure timely delivery of each project.
